Rinehart and Associates has over 98% pass rate and is dedicated to helping you succeed on the NCLEX® Exam. If you are not successful on the first attempt we offer to refund a portion of the fee.

Candidates choosing not to receive the money back refund can choose to continue reviewing with our best selling on line study free of charge.

NOTE: A refund of $150.00 for the RN candidate or $125.00 for PN candidates can be received if the graduate:

1. Attends all sessions of the class. A class role will be checked each day of the seminar.
2. Takes the NCLEX® exam within 30 days of attending the class. The graduate may attend as many classes as he or she chooses. 30 days will begin from the time of the last session attended. Graduates who choose to wait about taking the NCLEX® for 60 days or more and who do not succeed will receive the on-line study rather than monies back.
3. Sends a copy of the results of the CD by Exam Force Simulated exam dated prior to taking the NCLEX®. If the student has any problem with the CD he/she should call technical support at
   1-800-845-8569 and ask for Robert Poe or technical support.
4. Send a copy of the results of the NCLEX® and the post marked envelope within 7 working days to Rinehart and Associates.

If the graduate chooses not to receive the monies back he/she can continue to study until he/she passes with the on-line study and attend another class at no additional charge by calling Rinehart and Associates at 662-728-4622 or 662-416-3340 or by e-mailing us at sales@nclexreview.net.

No refunds will be made after 90 days of graduation.
